Alec Stannard is a 21-year-old from Moscow, ID. He attends Gonzaga University, and has previously worked with Spokane Regional Health. Jon Stewart is his political hero.
Alma Garcia-Santos is a 23-year-old Eastern Washington University student from Tukwila, WA. She has previously worked with Meals on Wheels, and has more than ten years of experience doing Mexican folk dancing.
Amber Rose Jimenez is a 21-year-old from Los Angeles, CA. She attends Seattle Pacific University, where she works for their campus radio station. Her political hero is Benazir Bhutto, and she’s a punk rock enthusiast.
Andy Montes is a 19-year-old from Yakima, WA. She attends Yakima Valley Community College and has previously worked with the Humane Society. Her political hero is St. Augustine, and she wants to improve her public speaking skills this summer.
Carlos Padilla is a 19-year-old from Seattle, WA who attends University of Washington. He has worked with the Washington Dream Act Coalition, and his political hero is Patty Murray. He believes it is his responsibility to create the change he wishes to see.
Danielle Kim is a 21-year-old from Mountlake Terrace, WA. She just graduated from Seattle University, and has previously interned with the Seattle Municipal Court. Her political hero is Madeleine Albright.
David Reyes is a 22-year-old from Orangevale, CA. He attends University of Washington. He has previously worked for an organization called Umthomibu. This summer, he wants to learn to be a true democratic citizen.
David Wieland is an 18-year-old from Silverdale, WA who attends the University of Washington. He works with the Washington Student Association. His political hero is John Stewart, and he was attracted to the Washington Bus because of its fantastic stickers.
Ellie Zuckerman is an 18-year-old from Seattle, WA. She attends Clark University and has previously worked with the Washington Environmental Council. She thinks everyone should be active and involved in the political process, and she loves reading children’s books.
Hannah Dean is a 20-year-old from Spokane, WA. She attends Goucher College and has worked with Planned Parenthood. Anyone who votes is her political hero.
Hannah Lertola is a 22-year-old from Lansing Michigan. She graduated from Michigan State University, and now works for the Washington State Reading Corps in Tukwila. Barack Obama is her political hero.
Jordan Alam is a 19-year-old from Bellevue, WA. She attends Barnard College, and has previously worked with Well Woman. Bill Richardson is her political hero, and she enjoys knitting her own clothing.

Omar Mozo is a 17-year-old from Cholula, Mexico. He just graduated from Global Connections High, and will be attending Highline Community College in the fall. His political hero is Miguel Hidalgo.
Paris Randall is a 19-year-old student at Shoreline Community College. He has worked with the Service Board, and considers Tupac Shakur his political hero. His goal for the summer is to make awareness cool.
Rosalie Wilmot is a 21-year-old from Seattle, WA. She attends the University of Denver, and has previously worked with Volunteer Tibet. Martin Luther King is her political hero, and she can frost a cupcake in 3.2 seconds.
Sug Haynor is an 18-year-old from the West Coast. She attends Reed College, and has previously worked for the Student Youth Employment Project. Naomi Klein is her political hero.
Tina Nordquist is a 19-year-old from SeaTac, WA. She attends the University of Washington, where she has worked with the group Bark Against Budget Cuts. Her political hero is Harvey Milk, and she’s excited to learn to effectively organize, campaign, and canvass.
